I was reading the latest Lucky Magazine and saw these adorable flats by Sigerson Morrison for Target- $29.95. I'm heading off to Target to buy a pair. For those of you who know me, wipe off the shocked look on your faces! Yes, Miss T is finally breaking down and buying her 1st pair of ballet flats...following Obama's lead to CHANGE, the girl who would never wear flats if finally buying a pair.
